At Eridan, customer satisfaction is very important to us. However, due to the nature of handcrafted and custom gemstone work, certain policies apply to ensure fairness and clarity for both parties. We kindly ask that you review this policy carefully before placing an order.
Eridan reserves the right to apply a cancellation or return fee of 5% to 20% on cancelled orders, depending on the payment method used. This fee covers payment processor transaction costs and any preparatory work already completed prior to shipment.
Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of purchase.
If a cancellation is requested within this 24-hour period, a 10% cancellation fee will be deducted to cover non-refundable transaction fees charged by the payment provider.
If the gemstone or product has already entered the design, production, or packaging stage, a higher cancellation fee may apply. This fee reflects the costs associated with materials, labor, and administrative processing.
Once a custom-made piece has been completed, cancellations can no longer be accepted.
Please note that cancellations are not permitted for gemstones purchased as part of limited-time collections or special releases (“Drops”). All sales from these collections are considered final.
